The process...
During the house inspection, we will assess the true condition of the following:
- Foundation & crawl Space
- Heating & Cooling Systems
- Roofing (including downspouts, gutters, chimneys)
- Attic, Insulation, & Ventilation
- Interior (ceilings, walls, floors, doors, windows, stairs)
- Exterior (doors, windows)
- Plumbing System
- Electrical System
Home inspections commonly take from 2 to 4 hours to complete. The duration depends on many factors such as the size and condition of the home, the ability to access certain areas (crawl space, attic, etc.).
You, the client can be there for the entire home inspection, just at the end to get a summary of the issues found in the home inspection, or we can go over my detailed report of the home inspection at a time that is convenient to you.
We will compile a comprehensive home inspection report, which includes all of the information you need to determine the condition of the home. It is well organized, detailed and includes photos and illustrations, making our findings and any problems we've identified clear and simple to understand. In the home inspection report I will also make recommendations on how the issues can be resolved with costs and timelines.
We will deliver our home inspection report within 24 hours of the conclusion of your appointment, so that you can have fast access to our findings, and discuss them with us and your agent.
